Patrick Troughton's Second Doctor had as one of his trademarks a certain ability with the recorder . Here we see a colour still of this . Onscreen you can see an example of the Second Doctor's 'ability' in the surviving episode of 'The Abominable Snowman' .
On The Runway
Here we can see Jamie and the Doctor emerge from the TARDIS at the start of Evil Of The Daleks to discover that they have landed at the new Gatwick Airport directly in the path of an incoming aircraft.
